California specialty food producers are making a big splash, with 320 exhibitors, the largest state presence, followed by 100 companies from New York. Italy has bragging rights as the largest international pavilion with 115 exhibitors, followed by Canada with 70. Products from California, home to the Winter Show for 36 years, include truffle chevre from Petaluma, açai pomegranate black tea from San Francisco, and organic apple tomatillo relish from Hollywood.
